How to fix KESS V2 master firmware v4.036 communication /connection issues ?

If all installation process of Kess v2 are ok, while the computer cannot recognize kessv2, and come out the error message in Kess v2 firmware v4.036 Ksuite v2.22 displayed that:

connection not established

The Solution is:

I took this UL46 USB protection chip off my old Ktag board.

this is the UL46 USB protection chip

(if you don’t have this chip, go to the kess v2 vendor for it)

Then Kess v2 v4.036 is detected on usb 🙂 Everything is ok so far.
