One of our customer bought a Launch X431 CRP123X and encounter a problem when he do the update
Here is the message from our customer;
I have only just purchased the Launch 123X (order No. above) the delivery arriving only on Friday,
Please be advised when updating the software there appears to be a problem because two of the updates for APP & MAIN would not update, ( please click on link below to download screenshots showing the fault)
Please advise whether this can be corrected or whether this is a faulty unit and will need to be returned ?

For this kind of issue, factory informed that customer need to check if the device”Serial Number” is displayed normally in the settings
If the device “Serial Number” is not displayed, it means the unit needs to be sent back to repair
