Q: After installed the KTAG KTM100 software. I got prompt “interface connected. Error: [e000079] customer code invalid.” I can see driver on device manager. I turn off internet when i install this software. No anti-virus software too. (how-to-install-ktag-ktm100)

1. Computer cannot connect the internet.
2. Check driver is installed successfully or not.
3. Above two are all ready, then check the TF card on the main unit.
