Q: After installed the KTAG KTM100 software. I got prompt “interface connected. Error: [e000079] customer code invalid.” I can see driver on device manager. I turn off internet when i install this software. No anti-virus software too. (how-to-install-ktag-ktm100)

A: For this prompt, please check the details as following:
1. Computer cannot connect the internet.
2. Check driver is installed successfully or not.
3. Above two are all ready, then check the TF card on the main unit.
Resert it to main unit again.Then this problem will be solved.
